We optimized the shop, did performance marketing and optimised analytics. For *Merchant & Friends The Coffee Roasters*, we were able to help in all areas covered by our digital coaching.



Our Shopware developers made some tweaks to the existing shop, restructured the hosting and completely overhauled the analytics.



Once we’ve got the basics sorted, we’ll be looking at ways to boost performance through alternative sales channels, email marketing, SEA and SoMe campaigns to activate new touchpoints, increase reach and entertain the audience.
